Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or book a call with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
1. Who we are
Zero Touch Agency ("we", "us"), operating the website zerotouchagency.com, is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Contact us about privacy at: privacy@zerotouchagency.com.
Postal address: [ADD YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS].
2. What we collect
- What you give us: if you book a discovery call, the name, email address, and any details you enter on the booking form.
- Collected automatically: basic technical data needed to run and secure the website, such as your IP address and the date/time of your request, recorded in standard server logs.
This site has no signup form, no newsletter, and no marketing or analytics tracking.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To arrange and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
- To run, secure, and back up the website (e.g. server logs, abuse prevention) — legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that help us run this site and our bookings, strictly to provide those services:
- Calendly — handles the discovery-call booking form and calendar invitations.
- Google Fonts and a CDN — serve the fonts and styling this page needs to display correctly.
- Our own server (hosting), which keeps standard access logs.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we're in contact with you about the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Server logs are kept on a short rolling cycle. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so promptly; residual copies in routine backups are deleted on our normal backup cycle.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (and always if you're in the EU/UK under the GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Have it corrected or erased;
- Restrict or object to how we use it;
- Receive a copy in a portable format;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@zerotouchagency.com.
7. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. It loads fonts, styling, and a 3D graphic from Google, a CDN, and Spline in order to display correctly; those providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. If you open the booking page, Calendly sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
