Anti-Spam Policy
Effective: 15 September 2026
Zero Touch Agency has zero tolerance for spam, deceptive email, or abusive messaging. This policy applies to Zero Touch Agency, its staff, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and anyone acting on its behalf.
1. Prohibited practices
We do not permit our domains, websites, brand, or services to be promoted through:
- Bulk unsolicited email or indiscriminate high-volume messaging;
- Purchased, harvested, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- Deceptive sender identities, misleading subject lines, forged headers, or hidden redirects;
- Messages sent after a recipient has opted out or objected;
- Affiliate or third-party campaigns that do not follow this policy;
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or any other abusive or unlawful content.
2. Business communications
Any business communication sent by us must be limited, individually relevant, and directed to a verified professional contact where there is a reasonable connection to the recipient's role or organization. Every message must accurately identify the sender and Zero Touch Agency, provide a simple way to opt out, and comply with applicable privacy and electronic-communications laws. We do not use tracking links in first-contact messages.
3. Consent and opt-outs
Marketing subscriptions require the recipient's consent where the law requires it. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and the address is placed on a suppression list so it is not contacted again. We do not sell or share suppression-list data for marketing.
4. List and account controls
Before any campaign, contact data must be checked for relevance, source, accuracy, and legal basis. Sending accounts are monitored for complaints, bounces, unusual volume, and unauthorized access. A campaign is paused when quality or compliance signals indicate a problem.
5. Third parties
No affiliate, contractor, lead provider, or other third party may advertise Zero Touch Agency or any associated domain through spam. Violations require immediate suspension and investigation and may result in termination.
6. Reporting abuse
To report an unwanted message or suspected abuse involving Zero Touch Agency, email m.jafari@zerotouchagencysystem.com and include the complete message headers when possible. We investigate reports promptly, suppress the recipient, and take corrective action.
7. Domains covered
This policy applies to zerotouchagency.com, zerotouchagencysystem.com, gozerotouchagency.com, and thezerotouchagency.com.
